tour diary - day 4 - where’s the mf internet up in this piece?

okay, it’s been a couple of days since we’ve blogged due to a surprising lack of internet connectivity.
so here’s a recap:
salt lake city was fun.
i woke up at 730 in the morning on the floor of a hotel room to a danish man in his underwear holding my wallet saying, “I do not know why there is a wallet in the toilet.”
[said in the standard eastern european accent and without the use of contractions]
it was the weirdest thing i’ve ever seen in my life.
then i remembered that we had met Fleming, the man from Denmark, the nite before and drank enough crappy microbrewed beer to kill an army of Vikings.
Fleming was in town for an Engineering Seminar and came to the bar specifically to see us, and we were damn impressed!
he also let us crash in his hotel room but i wasn’t immediately able to recall any of those details when he was standing in his underwear holding my urine-soaked wallet that he just fished out of the toilet.
let’s flash forward to Las Vegas!!!!!
that show, once again, had all the ingredients for either a really bad evening or a really good one.
fortunately, goodness prevailed.
we met some more ladies from Spain who came specifically to see the show.
mossyrock jumped up on stage and played ‘girl’ with me, and it was mf awesome!
speaking of mossyrock, they got a full mf page write up in the Las Vegas City Life!
they also got a really good recommendation in Salt Lake City.
damn!
in other news, i met Denise and Kelly from Roanoke who came out to the show to see us as well
all in all, everyone i met at the Divebar was really cool and the show went remarkably well, as is the entire tour.
we stayed in this crappy casino motel for 19.99 and it’s the first time i’ve slept on a bed since last wednesday, and i feel mf great!
tonite, we play the beauty bar in mf San Diego!!!!!
today, we saw my favorite california girlfriend: In-N-Out Burger
god damn that’s a good burger!
and we can’t stop listening to hug!!!!
